Campaign Management

  • Run the day to day activities of the campaign as detailed in the campaign plan
  • Determine campaign budget
  • Build a campaign team comprised of Progressive Elections principals and key leadership volunteers and/or paid staff
  • Determine win number and targeting to drive field activities
  • Coordinate all field activities including
    • Door to Door
    • Phone Banking
    • Voter tracking database management
  • Coordinate Get Out the Vote activities based on all field operations and data management
